Exchanges
You can request to exchange a product within 7 calendar days after receipt, in accordance with article 49 of the Consumer Protection Code.
Conditions for exchange:
The product must be in its original packaging, with no signs of use. Once returned, it will be analyzed by our team within 4 business days.
If you agree with the rules, a discount coupon will be generated so you can make a new purchase. If the desired item is not available, the coupon can be used on any other product available in stock.
Shipping and transportation:
Shipping for returning the product will be generated via postage authorization by the Post Office or, for deliveries made by carrier, collection will be requested at the same delivery address.
The product must be adequately protected to prevent damage during transport.
Returns
According to article 49 of the Consumer Protection Code, you have up to 7 calendar days after receiving the order to request a return.
Return conditions:
The product must be returned in its original packaging and without signs of use.
Analysis process:
The product will be analyzed by the responsible team within 4 business days after receipt.
If you do not agree with the conditions mentioned, the product will be returned to the customer without prior notice.
Reimbursement:
After the analysis, you can choose to:
Refund to original form of payment
Credit voucher for future purchases
Shipping and transportation:
Return shipping will be done through postage authorization by the Post Office or, in cases of deliveries by carrier, collection at the original delivery address will be requested.
Breakdowns and non-compliant products
Delivery damage:
Upon delivery: Check the packaging and the product upon delivery. If you notice any defect or damage, refuse delivery, make a note on the receipt and contact our Customer Service Center.
After delivery: If the damage is noticed after delivery by the Post Office, please contact us by email, informing the order number and attaching a photo of the damaged product.
Incorrect product:
If you receive a product that is different from the one you ordered, you can refuse delivery and note the problem on the receipt. If you notice the error after receiving it, please contact our Customer Service Center within 7 calendar days.
